Virtual Appointments

You will receive a link to your appointment using SimplePractice, a HIPAA compliant secure video platform. If you did not receive a link or cannot find it, please access our client portal here.

In-Person Appointments

Parking is located behind the building at the end of the driveway and top of the hill, just West of the Walmart building. Handicap parking is available at the South end of the building near the dentist office. Additional parking is located in the lower lot, however entrance to the building is only open on the East side of the building. Please enter the center door on the East side of the building where SLC Psych signage is found on the exterior window. The suite door is just to the left of the exterior door. The office waiting room is right inside. Please have a seat and your therapist will greet you at your scheduled appointment time.
